Job Opportunity: Customer Care Executive – Trading & Forex Industry

A leading trading company is seeking a Customer Care Executive with at least one year of experience in the same field. Key responsibilities include opening trading accounts, assisting customers with inquiries, and marketing account-opening services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide bilingual customer support (Arabic/English) via phone, email, and chat.
  • Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English.
  • Manage customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
  • Prepare customer service reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in customer service, preferably in trading, forex, or a related sector.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English with proven translation skills.
  • CRM experience is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of trading and forex terminologies is a plus.

Documents Required:

  • Valid Work Permit/Idn Amal Copy (Ahli Visa).
  • Authorized Signatory Document.
  • Valid Civil ID.

Working Hours/Days: 9 hours per day 10am to 6pm, 5 days a week

Salary: 350 - 450 KD

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per month
