Job Opportunity: Customer Care Executive – Trading & Forex Industry
A leading trading company is seeking a Customer Care Executive with at least one year of experience in the same field. Key responsibilities include opening trading accounts, assisting customers with inquiries, and marketing account-opening services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bilingual customer support (Arabic/English) via phone, email, and chat.
- Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English.
- Manage customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
- Prepare customer service reports and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in customer service, preferably in trading, forex, or a related sector.
- Fluency in Arabic and English with proven translation skills.
- CRM experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of trading and forex terminologies is a plus.
Documents Required:
- Valid Work Permit/Idn Amal Copy (Ahli Visa).
- Authorized Signatory Document.

Work Location: Kuwait City, opposite NBK Tower
Working Hours/Days: 9 hours per day 10am to 6pm, 5 days a week
Salary: 350 - 450 KD
