Team Leader – Forex Trading Broker
Position Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to lead and manage our Forex trading brokerage team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, in-depth knowledge of Forex trading, and the ability to motivate and drive the team to achieve operational and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales agents, account managers, and support staff.
- Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear objectives and monitoring team progress.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge of Forex trading products and services.
2. Performance Management
- Set, track, and achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members.
- Identify underperformance issues and implement corrective measures.
3. Sales and Client Acquisition
- Drive sales activities to acquire new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement client acquisition strategies.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional service, building trust and loyalty with clients.
4. Market Knowledge and Strategy
- Stay updated on Forex market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management on new products or improvements.
- Assist the team in leveraging market opportunities to achieve company goals.
5. Compliance and Operations
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee smooth client onboarding, trade executions, and dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
1. Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex trading, financial services, or brokerage.
- Minimum of 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role within a similar industry.
2. Skills and Expertise
- Strong understanding of Forex trading principles, platforms, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related fields (preferred).
- Certifications in financial markets or Forex trading (e.g., ACI, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
4. Other Qualities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
