Job Description

· Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Interior Designs and Fit Out sector in UAE.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

· Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract signing.

· Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure alignment of client expectations and project delivery.
