Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and enthusiastic female Intern – Content Creator with a focus on Reels and Influencer content to join our team. This is an onsite internship position based in Dubai, Business Bay. As a Content Creator Intern, you will assist in developing engaging content for the company’s social media platforms, with a special emphasis on creating dynamic Instagram Reels and collaborating with influencers. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce content that boosts our brand presence and engagement across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop content partnerships, including sponsored posts and product promotions.
- Develop creative video content, including scriptwriting, filming, and editing to increase brand awareness.
- Support influencer marketing campaigns by identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with relevant influencers.
- Assist in creating engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and video descriptions.
- Conduct research on trends in Reels, TikTok, and influencer marketing to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and viral content.
- Create and maintain the content calendar to ensure regular posting of Reels and influencer collaborations.
- Track the performance of Reels and influencer campaigns, analyze engagement metrics, and suggest improvements.
- Work alongside the marketing team to align content with broader business and marketing goals.
- Support in managing social media advertising for influencer campaigns, including Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong interest in content creation, social media trends, and influencer marketing.
- Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other short-form video content.
- Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms, particularly for Instagram and TikTok.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and how to collaborate with influencers to drive brand engagement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or digital media.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Exposure to social media advertising and paid influencer campaigns.
- Ability to film and edit high-quality video content for social media.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
