Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic female Intern – Business Developer and Sales to join our team. This is an onsite internship position based in Dubai, Business Bay. As a Business Developer and Sales Intern, you will assist with identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and supporting the overall business development strategy. You will work closely with our experienced team to gain valuable exposure to the business development and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Support the sales team in reaching out to potential clients and maintaining relationships.
  • Help create sales presentations, proposals, and other relevant documentation.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies to reach new customers and achieve business goals.
  • Participate in client meetings and negotiations, assisting with follow-ups and lead conversion.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database, ensuring accurate records of all communications.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Support the team in marketing activities, including online and offline campaigns.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for increasing business growth.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and be proactive.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
  • Exposure to CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
