Storekeeper required !!

· Execute and records in digital format store/spares demands and allocation.

· Execute and monitors the spare parts inventory KPIs and ensures minimum spare part stock levels are maintained in compliance with business objectives

· Analyses and records movement of spare parts and provides input for the development of spare part strategies.

· Supervises all activities related to spare parts and stock control and ensures alignment with policies and procedures.

· Conducts periodic audits of ageing, obsolete, redundant or surplus stocks and proposes write-offs and disposal when necessary in alignment with policies and procedures.

· Reviews and monitors inventory levels of spare parts and recommends solutions for inefficiencies to ensure availability of stock at all times.

· Administers the spare parts to ensure the delivery of stock items in a timely and cost-effective manner.

· Resposnsible for developing and implementing process improvements.

· Digitisation of stock process to ensure that it is both effective and robust and providing checks and solving problems and issues as they arise.

· Review contract strategy and value drivers to make sure strategies are in line with corporate objectives such as cost saving.

· Acts as a system administrator for the inventory m system and ensures all data related to stock levels are maintained and updated in a timely and accurate manner.

· Updates the minimum stock threshold in the system as required to ensure stock re-orders are conducted in a timely manner.

· Monitors and reports the performance of the sites store keepers to RE Building Services Lead.

· Understands the HSE standards of and adheres to them at all times.

· Reports incidents of HSE violations and lapses to the relevant authority.

· Adheres to Company policies and procedures at all times.

· Ensure spare part stock availability at all items necessary for continuous operations.
