We are looking for a trainer to work in our gym experience in personal training and sales. Experience of not less than 2 years in UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and create tailored workout programs for clients.
- Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.
- Actively promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with gym members to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track and achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing strategies for membership sales.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fitness training and personal coaching.
- Strong sales background, preferably in a fitness or health-related environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification in fitness training from a recognized institution.
- Fluency in English
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
