Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer based in Abu Dhabi to create bespoke clothing, shoes, and accessories that align with current trends and royal family preferences. The Fashion Designer will manage the entire design process, improve existing designs, and select premium fabrics and trims to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with members of the royal family to understand their style preferences and requirements.
- Research current fashion trends to determine designs that will appeal to the royal family.
- Develop and design sketches inspired by research and client feedback.
- Create clothing patterns for bespoke production.
- Select and test fabrics, colors, patterns, and textures for each design.
- Oversee the production process, including fittings and adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with team leaders to design garments for upcoming seasons.
- Create technical packs with detailed specifications for production.
- Develop CAD sketches to present designs to the royal family.
- Manage prototype sample processes, ensuring quality and style alignment.
- Create cost sheets and product lists for each design.
- Manage the entire design process, from conception to final styling.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques for inspiration.
- Review and refine products for style and fit during presentations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience: - Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of designs.
Skills and Competencies: - Exceptional creativity and a strong sense of style and color.
- Ability to create sketches by hand and through CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
