Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the residency/visa transfer and renewal process for employees, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Familiar with PAM (Shooun System).
- Manage employee documentation processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews.
- Handle payroll processing accurately and on time, including deductions and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in conflict resolution and mediation between employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, implementing changes as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, residency transfer processes, and labor laws.
- Proficient in payroll software and employee management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
