Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to independently manage and run our workshop department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and the ability to lead a team efficiently. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
Your Responsibilities
- Department Management:
- Oversee all operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
- Manage a team of workers, assign tasks, and ensure productivity.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair schedules.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and develop workshop staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Quality Control & Safety:
- Ensure all workshop activities meet quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to protect the team and equipment.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the workshop budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
- Control costs while maintaining high work quality.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Report regularly to senior management on workshop performance.
- Ensure clear communication within the team and with other departments.
What You Need
- Previous experience in a similar senior role in workshop management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of workshop equipment, tools, and machinery.
