Hugely tech-driven, they have been developing and improving HFT algorithms for more than 10 years, with a tech team boasting engineers from some of the top market-makers and hedge funds globally.
They're now looking for an experienced individual, where your primary focus will be transforming complex trading data into actionable insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving strategic decision-making. A pivotal position, you will also collaborate closely with the trading team to provide data patterns & trends, build dashboards with BI tools, and conduct A/B testing for strategies, algorithms & operational processes.

Skills and Experience Required: - 3-5 years' experience in data analysis, including SQL with large datasets
- Basic understanding of software development principles
- Experience with Python (pandas, numpy, etc.) for data manipulation & visualisation
- Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, including experimental design and inference
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics or Computer Science from a top-tier university
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, including quick thinking and decision making
Desirable: - Familiarity with HFT
- Participation in math competitions (or similar academic challenges)
