We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team. This role requires a skilled individual with a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, business development, and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients( Approx -250 clients portfolios) to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address Client Concerns: Handle client complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of professionalism.
- Lead and Revenue Generation from Exiting clients: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Regularly connect with existing clients to explore opportunities for additional services and maintain their trust in our services.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities by leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in a similar role, handling client portfolios.
- Education: MBA in Finance or Marketing preferred, or a B.Com degree (Commerce background is a must).
- Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the banking sector, business setup, or consultancy sector is mandatory.
- Interpersonal Skills: Energetic, self-motivated, and able to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
