The Project Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate projects to potential buyers and investors. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, conducting property tours, and closing sales transactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Qatar.
- Actively seek out potential buyers and investors for our real estate projects.
- Provide information about properties, prices, terms of sales, and other relevant information to prospective clients.
- Conduct property tours and showcase the features and benefits of the projects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate terms of sale and prepare sales agreements in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote properties through various channels.
