Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager with expertise in managing high-end fit-out projects, specifically for 5-star hotels or luxury developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering fit-out projects to the highest standards of quality within the specified timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fit-out projects for 5-star hotels from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure project delivery within the defined parameters.
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to design requirements.
- Monitor site activities, manage on-site manpower, and ensure strict adherence to project timelines.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, to align project goals and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular project progress reviews, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including those set by authorities such as Nakheel, TRAKHEES, DM, DCD, and DTCM.
- Manage changes to project scope, design, and resources while maintaining focus on quality and client requirements.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
