Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, showcasing our properties and services.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility.
  • ·Manage and grow our social media channels by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns that promote listings, events, and community involvement.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep clients informed about new listings, market trends, and company news.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and ROI for all campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.
  • Work closely with real estate agents, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and promotional content for events and open houses.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing in real estate industry, prefarably within in UAE.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics,etc).
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Candidate must be in UAE.
  • Willing to work onsite, full time - Abu Dhabi
