Job Title: HSE Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 10 years (2 years as HSE Manager in construction)

Nationality: Any nationality will do but Philippines nationality preferably

Iqama Status: Transferable

Availability: Immediate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental compliance for construction projects. The ideal candidate has expertise in safety management, ISO standards, and Saudi Labor Law, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage HSE systems and organizational structures.
  • Recruit and oversee safety teams, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally in matters related to housekeeping, safety, and compliance before authorities, clients, and consultants.
  • Prepare all HSE-related documents, including method statements, safety plans, and mobilization plans.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Saudi Labor Law, and international safety requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, training, and incident investigations.
  • Promote safety culture and improve company quality management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required) and HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including 2 years as HSE Manager in construction.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and ISO procedures.
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive HSE documentation and plans.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Must reside in Riyadh and have a transferable Iqama.
