Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager. This role involves managing IT Infrastructure and Applications teams, coordinating with other departments, and continuously improving service delivery processes


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the IT Applications and IT infrastructure teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Service Management: Ensure IT services are delivered in line with SLAs and OLAs.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve service delivery issues, conducting root cause analysis when necessary.
  • Service Improvement: Develop and implement plans to improve IT service delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of IT services, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Security Oversight: Establish and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect the organization’s data and technology assets.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the quality and performance of technology solutions.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the Applications and Infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  • Project Management: Oversee applications and infrastructure-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to specifications, and successful integration.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all technology practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, continually seeking to improve and optimize operations.
  • Application Lifecycle Management: Manage the application lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of business applications.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure applications meet business needs.
  • Training: Provide training and support to end-users to enhance application utilization and productivity.
  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the application portfolio.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Prepare reports and documentation related to application performance, usage, and improvements.
