Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sale of Tranquil Projects, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue goals for a real estate development company in the UAE. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, leadership skills, and CRM expertise. The Sales Manager will work closely with brokerage firms on a monthly basis to strengthen lead generation efforts and expand the client base. This position involves managing a team, monitoring performance, and collaborating with other departments to drive property sales and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential and commercial properties.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to adjust tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
• Set sales targets for individual team members and monitor their progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
2. Coordination with Brokerage Firms
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms to enhance lead generation and widen market reach. • Conduct monthly meetings with brokerage firms to update them on property offerings, pricing, promotions, and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with brokerage partners to ensure smooth client referrals, track conversions, and discuss any areas for improved collaboration.
• Analyze performance data from brokerage partnerships and provide feedback to optimize effectiveness.
• Develop incentive programs or promotional activities with brokerage firms to encourage consistent engagement and increased sales.
3. Team Leadership and Development
• Lead, coach, and motivate Broker partners to maximize their performance and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve Broker partners team’s knowledge of properties, sales techniques
4. CRM Management and Data Analysis
• Ensure efficient use of the CRM system to track leads, Suggestions, timely follow up record customer interactions, and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Regularly review and analyze CRM data to identify trends, optimize the sales funnel, and improve conversion rates.
• Generate and present CRM-based reports on sales performance, client engagement, and brokerage conversions to senior management.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions, feedback, and touchpoints are logged.

5. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, guiding them through the buying process and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Support Brokers in managing key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and promote referrals.
• Handle escalated client issues or complex negotiations to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution.
6. Collaboration with Other Departments
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with lead generation campaigns, promotional events, and brand-building activities.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate pricing, payment terms, and documentation for finalized sales.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to oversee contract finalization and ensure regulatory compliance.
7. Reporting and Sales Forecasting
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline analyses to senior management.
• Develop insights from sales data and adjust plans to address challenges or capitalize on new opportunities.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in the sales process, customer service, and CRM usage.
8. Compliance and Process Management
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for the sales team, promoting consistency and efficiency
