Reports To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and operational strategies to meet division objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and manage budgets for the frozen division.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice clients.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching to the sales team.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive work environment to encourage collaboration and innovation.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports, including sales, expenses, and profitability metrics.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food industry/FMCG
• Proven track record in managing frozen food products or similar product lines is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the frozen food market and supply chain processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and forecast trends.
• Knowledge of food safety and compliance regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼15,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
