Requirements for the successful Sales Manager / Sales Executive:
- 3+ years experience in the UAE steel market with market intelligence and knowledge of raw steel product types. However, cross-training can be provided for the right person
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, results-motivated and an aggressive go-getter
- Must be able to manage, train and motivate the small existing sales team
- Must be able to work with the Managing Director in setting and monitoring sales & marketing plans, performing customer analysis and identifying, developing and retaining new customers
- Comfortable and effective in acting as a catalyst for the growth of the companys business
- Holds a valid UAE driving licence
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Enthusiastic and ready to smash through obstacles and objections to achieve sales and profit targets
Responsibilities Include:
- Establish and drive relationships with end users with a view to procure orders and ensure on-time recovery from customers.
- Supporting the ongoing process of promoting and increasing the companys presence across the UAE
- Identify, develop and retain new key customers within the defined market sector, predominately in the Middle East and Africa.
