Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic plans and sales objectives in line with sales targets.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals Interacting with the LOB team.
  • Grow/maintain the key accounts.
  • Overall commercial responsibility of the lubricant business in the territory.
  • Manage, Training, Coach, set goals and monitor performance of sales team.
  • Oversee daily business operations, liaison with customers and operations team.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of local experience in similar role or industry.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic languages.
  • Excellent analytical skills (understand / interpret financial data and economic trends), and presentation skills.
  • Effective communication and reporting across the business.
  • Detailed understanding of petroleum products, marketing procedures, logistics & product knowledge (lubes); planning and budget process methodology.
  • Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based.
  • Must have valid Kuwait driver’s license.
