Housekeeping Manager - Salary 11K (AED) plus Housing & Transport, Family contract
In conjunction with the Director, Facilities, plans, directs, coordinates, supervises and evaluates the activities of the Housekeeping Department of the Hospital to meet the Support Services Department mission, goals and objectives as detailed in the DPPs and standards of the institution. Undertakes special assignments as delegated by the Director, Facilities.
Assumes 24-hour responsibility for the management and operations of the Housekeeping Department.
Professional Experience:
-Minimum five (5) years related experience as a Housekeeping Manager with knowledge of clinical environmental standards.
-Previous experience of Hospital environmental standards and JCAHO/JCIA accreditation.
Educational Requirements:
1.1.1 Environmental Degree/Diploma in Environmental Services or equivalent.
1.1.2 Food hygiene certificate.
1.1.3 Maintains membership of a Professional Institute or Society.
