Job Description


Duties will include:

- Global interaction with senior levels of the company.
- Diary management and making appointments.
- Follow up of potential clients and related aspects.
- Producing emails and letters and taking dictation.
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, pricing templates and presentations.
- Compiling a database of marketing meetings and assisting with the production of marketing proposals via Word and PowerPoint presentations.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes, post and handling them where appropriate
