About the role:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate brokers. The role involves organizing meetings, introducing the project, and ensuring agencies are enrolled and registered. A key aspect of the job is conducting market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitors. Additionally, the executive collaborates closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from broker engagement to sales follow-ups. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

§ Build and maintain extensive relationships with real estate brokers to generate new business.

§ Schedule and organize meetings with brokers to introduce our project and discuss potential opportunities.

§ Deliver compelling spiel to agencies about our project and assign presentations to the sales team as needed.

§ Getting new agencies enrolled and registered.

§ Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay informed on the latest trends, broker activities, and competitor’s projects.

§ Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from meetings to sales follow-ups.

§ Organize networking events, training sessions, and exclusive previews for brokers to boost engagement.

§ Ensure brokers are equipped with the necessary sales tools, project brochures, and digital assets to enhance their effectiveness.

§ Customize meeting pitches based on the agency’s portfolio, client base, and business model to increase engagement.
