Build Mode Industries FZ-LLC is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team! If you have experience in UAE real estate, a passion for sales, and a talent for building client relationships, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing projects in the interior fit-out sector, covering residential, F&B, retail, and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients, architects, and designers
• Conduct market research and attend site visits to explore business opportunities
• Organize office/factory visits for prospective clients to showcase our capabilities
• Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum experience in UAE real estate market is required – Apply only if you meet this criteria

• Experience in business development, sales, or client relations in the interior fit-out industry
• Strong network within real estate developers, architects, designers, and contractors
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings
