Job Description

We are looking for a Secretary to handle administrative tasks in our office.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: AED 2,500/month

Responsibilities:

Sending invoices to clients

Receiving payments

Compiling monthly invoices

Answering phone calls and WhatsApp messages

Managing emails

Responding to client quieres

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment processes

Proficiency in WhatsApp and email management

Previous experience is a plus
