Job Title: Senior Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineer

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineer to design and engineer systems for industries including water transmission, wastewater treatment, and storm drainage. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instrumentation and control system design, with a focus on ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and engineering of instrumentation and control systems for water, wastewater, and storm drainage projects.
- Create P&IDs, loop diagrams, instrument layouts, and cable schedules.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards (ISA, IEC, API, ASME) and project requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system integration.
- Apply HAZOP, HAZID, and SIL ratings in design work.
- Use PLCs, DCS, BMS, SCADA, and HMI for automation system design.
- Prepare technical documentation including Functional Design Specifications.
- Perform loop checks, functional tests, and troubleshooting of field instruments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Provide support during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with clients’ engineering, operations, and maintenance teams for smooth project completion.
- Promote a safety-first approach throughout all project stages.
