Liali Events is a luxury event planning and design company specializing in bespoke weddings, corporate events, and grand celebrations. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth by securing high-end clients and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and secure bookings for luxury weddings and corporate events.
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients, venues, and industry partners.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase our event services.
- Work closely with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of booked events.
- Meet and exceeded sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiated contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Represent Liali Events at networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Maintain a strong CRM database to track leads, conversions, and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the events, hospitality, or luxury sector.
- Strong network and connections within the UAE event and hospitality industry.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of event planning, venue selection, and luxury event trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A passion for creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
