Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Telesales Executive who can effectively communicate with clients in at least two languages. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and providing expert advice on real estate opportunities through calls, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for property sales and rentals
- Qualify leads based on client needs, interests, and budget
- Provide clients with accurate and detailed information on properties, market trends, and real estate services
- Schedule property viewings and follow-up meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain a CRM system to track leads, appointments, and client communications
- Address client inquiries, overcome objections, and ensure a smooth sales process
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and close deals
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in at least two languages (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
