GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECNNICIANS (HOTELS)
? Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, and light maintenance work
? Inspect and repair hotel facilities, ensuring smooth operation of all systems.
? Troubleshoot and fix minor HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues.
? Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff and guests.
? Maintain records of repairs and scheduled maintenance.
? Diploma or equivalent in Maintenance, Electrical, or a related field.
? Minimum of 5 years experience in general maintenance, preferably in the hospitality sector.
? Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and minor repair work.
? Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
TERM:
