Job Overview:

We are looking for a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our workshop, ensuring smooth workflow, quality service, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive repair, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow.

Assign tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of repair jobs.

Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards.

Oversee diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting to guarantee accurate repairs.

Maintain inventory of tools and parts, ensuring availability for repair jobs.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining repairs as needed.

Train and mentor workshop staff to enhance their technical skills.

Report on daily operations, performance metrics, and any workshop issues.
