We're looking for an energetic and creative Content Creator to join our dynamic team. As the Content Creator, you will play a key role in generating innovative and engaging video and written content that aligns with Dubai's real estate trends, attracting high-net-worth clients and investors. If you are a creative thinker with a strong social media presence, a passion for real estate, and the ability to deliver captivating content, this is the role for you!

Qualifications:

• Passion for real estate, lifestyle, and luxury markets.
• Must have gotten real estate content Viral in Dubai
• Knowledge of Dubai Real estate social media trends

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and Generate Ideas: Conceptualize fresh, innovative content ideas that align with Dubai’s real estate trends and business objectives.
• Research and Storytelling: Develop compelling storylines, scripts, and narratives for a variety of content, including property showcases, market updates, educational videos for investors, and lifestyle content.
• Location Scouting: Identify and finalize appropriate locations for video shoots, whether in properties, community spaces, or office environments.
• Content Production Coordination: Work closely with videographers, editors, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and seamless production. Manage logistics such as scheduling, securing location access, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Shoot Preparation and Setup: Organize necessary setups for shoots, ensuring high-quality output. This includes arranging background settings, staging, props, and ensuring everything aligns with the content's vision.
• Content Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, business goals, and current social media trends.
• Timely Delivery: Contribute to the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met for content production and distribution.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed on social media trends, competitor content, and real estate market developments to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
• Create and Publish Viral Content: Produce and publish engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) to maximize reach and engagement.

Essential Requirements:

• Highly creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and attention-grabbing content ideas.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to break down complex real estate concepts into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
• Comfortable and confident on-camera presence — must be able to represent the company and engage with audiences directly.
• Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills for both short-form and long-form content.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and coordinate effectively across different departments.
• Attention to detail in content flow, message delivery, and brand consistency.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
• Awareness of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and understanding of what type of content performs best on each.
• Familiarity with iPhone video shooting and editing tools, with the ability to produce high-quality content independently.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and an understanding of what attracts high-net-worth clients and investors.
