Nagaad Organics is looking for a Production Material & Operations Supervisor/Coordinator to join our high-growth beauty, wellness, and fragrance company. The ideal candidate brings together industrial expertise and commercial awareness, is highly adaptable, quick to absorb new situations, and brings a fair, transparent, and conflict-resolving approach to people management. You’ll play a pivotal role in aligning production, branding, operations, and logistics — all while managing third-party suppliers, digital readiness, and team performance.
Candidates with UAE work experience and strong, verifiable references are highly preferred.
Position Overview:
This position supervises and coordinates the full industrial production and operations cycle — from raw material sourcing and packaging to dispatch, compliance, and digital launch. You’ll be responsible for third-party supplier oversight, supply chain optimization, digital channel operations, and HR/staff performance within the production unit. A hands-on, fair-minded approach to leadership and strong conflict resolution skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily industrial production processes, batch scheduling, and line readiness.
- Procure and manage raw materials and packaging inventory for continuous operations.
- Supervise filling, blending, packaging, labeling, and dispatch of finished goods.
- Align production schedules with marketing and e-commerce launch calendars.
- Track and optimize inventory, LOTs, cost controls, and documentation accuracy.
- Manage third-party vendors, ensuring timely, quality-controlled, and cost-effective delivery.
- Set up and run dispatch operations: load bookings, delivery routes, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Oversee digital marketplace logistics (Amazon, Alibaba, Noon, etc.) for listing and fulfillment coordination.
- Develop and monitor KPIs across production, quality, cost, and speed.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and branding teams to ensure product readiness.
- Coordinate with e-commerce and social media teams for launch support.
- Maintain readiness for regulatory audits (GMP, ISO, Organic) with documentation control.
- Implement ERP systems and continuous improvement protocols.
- Lead technology adoption initiatives for improved process performance.
- Ensure all regulatory documentation and compliance with UAE customs and trade laws.
- Resolve team conflicts with professionalism and fairness; manage scheduling, staff performance, and training.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and mutual respect within the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial production, operations management, and supply chain roles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of filling, blending, packaging, and production floor processes.
- Demonstrated success managing digital logistics platforms (Amazon, Alibaba, Noon, etc.).
- Experience in HR, staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media operations.
- Strong governance and compliance understanding (GMP, ISO, Organic).
- Excellent vendor management and third-party negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong experience in UAE regulatory and operational environments with proven references.
