Job Description

- Location: 80% Remote (occasional office presence required)
- Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation period)
- Salary*:

  • AED 6,000/month (Basic Salary AED 2,000+ Conveyance Allowance & Incentives of minimum AED 4,000)
  • Business Development: 1,500 AED per every onboarded apartment.

*Applicable to skilled and experienced candidates with a background in Holiday Homes/Real Estate. For candidates with less experience, the starting salary will be AED 2,000, with a review after the 3-month probation period or sooner if qualifications are met.

Role Overview

This is a dual-role position, combining operations management with business development responsibilities. You will ensure the smooth daily operation of our apartments while also working to onboard new properties and expand the business.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Landlord Relations – Act as the main point of contact for landlords, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Check-ins/Check-outs & Financial Handling – Occasionally assist with guest check-ins/check-outs, occasionally collect rent/security deposits, and ensure prompt deposit into the company’s account.
  • On-Site Availability – Visit apartments when needed for urgent matters.
  • Maintenance & Operational Support – Address maintenance issues reported by the guest relations team, coordinate necessary repairs, and manage cleaning schedules in line with check-ins/check-outs.
  • Reporting – Provide daily updates on activities and submit a monthly report detailing progress, challenges, and achievements.

Business Development

 Onboarding New Apartments – Identify and onboard new properties, ensuring they meet DTCM regulations, are fully equipped and ready to rent.

 Ensuring Compliance & Readiness –Ensure the units meet Dubai short-term rental standards and are in optimal condition for renting. Where necessary, advise landlords on required upgrades or improvements, including our furnishing solutions, to ensure the unit is fully compliant and market-ready.

 Exploring Growth Opportunities – Propose and explore new business development strategies to expand the company’s portfolio.

Who You Are

- Good English proficiency (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality is a plus
