� Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails
� Representing SWIN at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
� Drive the SWIN business in the allocated territory to achieve and surpass sales and business goals and objectives
� Facilitate feedback to different functional areas regarding client needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs
� Assist in developing brand identity and recognition in the allocated territory
� Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
� Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization
� Outbound and inbound account management
� Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation
� Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments
� Coordinating with various departments for ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met
� Collecting and consolidating report on monthly sales performance
� Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms
� Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
