Our Client is seeking to hire the services of a Production Supervisor.
Job Description:
To provide leadership and direction to assigned associates.
Will maintain daily production schedules and ensure safety, quality and production requirements are met.
Will track and coordinate department manpower, production, and budget.
Will analyze problems and implement countermeasures to improve department performance.
Minimum Requirements:
At least two years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
Must have good analytical skills, problems solving skills, communication skills, project management skills and leadership skills.
