Our client, ARC International, is Dubai based Architectural and Engineering practice established since 1983. They cover Masters Planning, Architectural and Engineering Design, Tender Documentation and Site Supervision.
Job Description:
The role of the Project Manager is to mange all site supervision staff to carry out the required tasks as per post-contract agreement with the client and to ensure the compliance of work with the design intent.
Key roles will include:
Compliance with the Design Office Procedure as per the office QA/QC.
Coordination and Management of resources and Projects in hand.
Check the quality of work on site and provide assistance to R.E / inspectors etc.
Coordinate between site supervision and design office staff for projects in hand.
Planning and Scheduling of workload to meet the deadlines.
Approval of materials and processing of all site related documentations as per the company QA/QC requirements.
Candidate requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture from a recognized university.
Over 10 years, in the consultancy field preferably working on construction site.
Fluent in written and verbal English
Good Architectural and Engineering Design Coordination Experience.
Good IT literate.
Team worker, able to work in a multi-disciplined team environment.
Hard Worker, Highly motivated self-starter.
Able to manage and communicate with multi-cultural people.
