Receptionist/Secretary required for a newly established computer hardware regional distributer based in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, we are looking for a dynamic, well organized and professional person needed to fill front desk position. The ideal person must have excellent multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail. This position will be responsible for handling incoming calls and greeting visitors as they walk in. This position will handle all types of paperwork and normal administrative duties, Filing, faxing, data entry, and other duties as assigned. At least one year experience in administration or secretarial role . Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English language, additional languages a plus. Excellent MS Office skills.
