Job Duties will include:-
1. Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant.
2. Analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.
3. Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
4. Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
5. Create and execute plans for increasing sales, profit and staff development.
6. Set budgets and/or agreeing them with senior management.
7. Plan and coordinate menus.
8. Front of house:
9. Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
10. Manage staff and providing them with feedback.
11. Respond to customer complaints.
12. Ensure that all employees adhere to the companys uniform standards.
13. Meet and greet customers and organize table reservations.
14. Advise customers on menu and wine choice.
15. Recruit, train and motivate staff.
16. Organize and supervise the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
17. Housekeeping.
18. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
19. Check stock levels and ordering supplies.
20. Prepare cash drawers and providing petty cash as required.
21. Help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
