Mad Science offers in-class workshops, after school enrichment programs, summer camps, school assemblies, special events, corporate events, birthday parties, and a series of ScholasticT books for children 3 to 12 years old.

They are seeking to hire the services of a Senior Instructor/Trainer - (Head of Instructors)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Has thorough knowledge of all program kits
2. Serves as a role model for Instructors regarding knowledge of program content and adherence to policies (on-time, in uniform, etc.)
Trains, coaches and supervises Instructors
Completes written evaluation for Instructors
Follows up with each Instructor to ensure classes are running smoothly
3. Conducts Mad Science courses, workshops and events as necessary.
4. Plans, organizes and conducts weekly meetings for Instructors.
5. In Coordination with Marketing and Admin assist in handles administrative tasks as necessary (including booking programs, confirming course registrations, etc.)
6. Along side Admin creates and maintains course rosters.
7. Schedules Instructors to conduct courses, workshops, promotions and hands-on science booths
8. In coordination with Admin creates and maintains equipment schedules for all instructors
9. Schedules all substitutes.
