Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple short-term rental units
  • Monitor and coordinate cleaning companies and maintenance service providers

  • Maintain detailed inventory of each property
  • Track maintenance issues, schedule repairs, and follow up on resolution

Guest Experience & Relations

  • Greet and assist guests during check-ins and check-outs (in-person)
  • Act as point of contact for guests throughout their stay in coordination with the guest relationship team
  • Resolve guest maintenance issues and requests if and when needed in coordination with the guest relationship team
  • Uphold a 4.8+ rating across platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com

✅ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, holiday homes, or property operations
  • Based in Dubai and familiar with key city areas and neighborhoods
  • Strong interpersonal and guest-handling skills
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and PMS software
  • Own vehicle is preferred (for flexible movement between properties)
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays when required

Super-duper opportunity for Hotel Manager to take on this new hotel in the Saudi Arabi – remote location!

Reporting into a Hotel General Manager, you responsible for pre-opening, opening and ongoing management of the hotel property. The role will be overseeing all hotel operations and we are looking for a commercially savvy and a hands-on hotel operator. This will be a luxury 4* hotel but we want someone from a 5* hotel background.

We need the following experience, attributes and skills for this role:

  • Must be a current Hotel Manager, working in a luxury hotel environment
  • Beneficial to have remote or 5* resort island experience
  • Saudi experience is always beneficial but not essential
  • Very commercial and analytical
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders.
  • Be hands-on and have the ability to get things done.
  • Hugely passionate about all aspects of hospitality and very up-to-date with current trends
  • Mentor and inspiring leader to your team
  • Able to live in a remote location – no schools yet
