The OpenShift Sales Architect SSA for AI (AI SSA) assumes a crucial role in providing expert deep technical sales support for the seamless execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies related to Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) within a designated geographic territory.
Your primary focus will be to remove organizational, technical, and competitive blockers of adoption within key accounts to become the preferred AI platform for workloads and applications across the business and help our customers leverage their proprietary data to gain a sustainable advantage over their competitors by helping them train, build, and manage applications that rely on these models.
You will need to be able to confidently articulate our value proposition to leadership, data scientists, developers, and IT teams within the account. This will entail technical architecture walk-throughs, business-value conversations, customer-facing technical workshops, and implementation of best practices in AI systems implementation and design.
You will work closely with the AI business unit and engineering, helping to test, document, and demonstrate cutting-edge features. You will also work in close collaboration with Red Hat customer sales, Customer Success, Consulting Services, and partner teams to ensure a highly positive customer experience.
What you will need:
  • Work with the customer Account Executive, Sales Specialist, and Solution Architect to identify challenges and blockers to drive RHOAI consumption within new and existing customer accounts.
  • Plan, design, and execute AI systems via RHOAI with customers having the ability to architect and build data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches leveraging additional support and resources from Red Hat as required.
  • Facilitate pre, and post-sales activities when needed, including technical deep dives, proofs of concept, “bake-offs,” internal sprints and hackathons, and development of partner vertical-specific AI solutions to drive adoption of RHOAI.
  • Identify and partner with AI customer stakeholders, acting as an advocate within both their line-of-business and internal customer teams.
  • Work closely with the AI business unit and engineering teams, providing a market feedback loop on the product and solutions.
  • Execute community outreach and customer advocacy activities including conference speaking, blog posts, etc.
What will you bring:
  • SME with 4+ years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas:
  • Machine Learning Use Case Development, including: Practical experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., Python), applied machine learning techniques, and using OSS frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Building AI applications (e.g., deep learning, LLM, NLP, computer vision, or pattern recognition).
  • Machine Learning Operations design, including: experience in AI systems design, with the ability to architect and explain data pipelines, ML pipelines, and ML training and serving approaches.
  • Experience with CI/CD solutions in the context of MLOps and LLMOps including automation with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions (e.g. Ansible).
  • Experience delivering technical presentations and leading business value sessions.
  • Executive presence with public speaking skills.
Two or more of the following is a plus:
  • Computer Science or similar degree.
  • Previous experience as a sales engineer, technical sales, or similar role preferably at an enterprise software company, a SaaS company, or Systems Integrator.
  • Previous experience as an implementation consultant for AI solutions.
  • Previous experience in Machine Learning Use Case Development and Operations experience.
  • Industry vertical experience with Data Science projects. i.e. - expertise in FSI, medical, defense, and intelligence verticals.
  • Community brand in volunteer tech communities like AI Users Group or open-source projects.

ServiceNow is looking for a government affairs professional to join a global team for a position as Senior Manager, Global Government Affairs and Public Policy. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Global Government Affairs and Public Policy, this individual will lead ServiceNow’s government affairs activities in the Middle East (primarily KSA and UAE).

This position will be based out of ServiceNow’s office in Riyadh, KSA, or in UAE.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building, strengthening, and managing relationships with government officials, regulators, and policymakers at all levels.
  • Providing direct support and counsel to ServiceNow executives in their government engagements.
  • Advancing policies and issues that impact the company’s bottom line.
  • Engaging ServiceNow in local policymaking processes, including representing ServiceNow in industry coalitions and leading our trade association activities.

Such priorities could include a wide range of corporate issues including AI, tax, trade, cyber and data security, data sovereignty and data residency regulation, cloud, privacy, intellectual property, encryption, future of work, workforce development, procurement, and data processing, controlling, governance, and interoperability, and related regulation of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Leading discussions with industry coalitions and working groups and collaborating with subject matter experts across a variety of stakeholders, issues, and disciplines.
  • Gaining a deep knowledge of ServiceNow’s business, including value delivered to our global public sector and commercial customers.
  • Collaborating with country, regional, and global public and private sector teams spanning a variety of disciplines.

Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5-10yrs experience in the public and private sector, including within Saudi government (or other governments in region), corporate government affairs, trade associations, and public policy
  • Technology-related experience is a plus.
  • Native-level Arabic and excellent English.
  • Degree in political science, business, law, economics, or similar field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Ability to travel throughout Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, the region, and, on occasion, internationally.
  • Existing relationships or the ability to build a network at all levels of government and business.
  • Extensive leadership and organizational skills, and the proven ability to successfully execute policy, regulatory, and business objectives in the public policy arena.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills including preparing briefing documents, analyses, policy and legislative recommendations, correspondence, requests for information, and other legislative documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including experience speaking at conferences, and attending and staffing official engagements, events, meetings, and/or travel.
  • Intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to “dream big.”

The OpenShift Sales Specialist (SSP) for Cloud Services is a highly technical sales support role to ensure successful GTM execution for Cloud Services across the globe. The role requires a deep understanding of the importance of delivering productive outcomes through workloads in the cloud, enabling direct sales account team peers and partners to do the same with customers.
The ideal candidate will have a background leading development teams in delivering applications to production, consulting, and/or driving sales of the same. This background is the cornerstone in enabling and acceleration in execution of a GTM through empathy by having experienced first hand what challenges our customers.
This experience is how we credibly propose a Red Hat solution for customer challenges. Being the regional center of gravity for Cloud Services GTM requires someone comfortable telling an application delivery centric story based on previous experiences. Relationships with Cloud Service Provider account teams, executives, and industry partners are important for this role in order to co-sell and drive indirect sales with partners. As such, these relationships are expected to exist, grow, and be maintained.
The role requires both customer-facing, from front line developers to CxO, and evangelism conversations. Much of this role requires consulting on the GTM with PnT and mentoring in the execution of winning sales plays in partnership with Cloud Service Providers, SIs, and 3rd party ISVs.

  • Consult on and enable successful execution Cloud Services GTM in assigned geo

The role of Consulting Director in Unit 42 is a senior-level consulting position. The individual will be responsible for the day to day delivery of our threat-led and technology driven cyber security consulting services through leading and directly overseeing a team of Consultants. Your Impact

You will be the face of marketing in the MENA region. You will work closely with the local commercial teams across sales and partnerships to define a marketing plan to help us capture demand and build our brand. Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer - Front-End at Procore, you’re given the unique opportunity to partner intimately with our customer base, translating their fundamental needs into technological SaaS solutions. This position will report to the Senior Engineering Manager for the Construction Documents Group and is located in Cairo, Egypt. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Help establish standards for development teams and collaborate on initiatives with infrastructure, platform, and other software engineering teams
  • Assist fellow teammates by conducting code reviews and pairing
  • Leverage our tech stack: Primarily Ruby/Rails/Node.js/React/Postgres hosted on AWS and increasingly using Kubernetes and languages such as Java and Typescript, CircleCI for Continuous Integration, and a combination of ArgoCD and an in-house tool for CD

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Professional experience with React, Typescript or Javascript, CSS and SAAS styling is a must
  • Knowledge and understanding of GIT Version Control, HTTP requests, Restful APIs, API integrations is a must
  • 5+ years experience in software engineering fundamentals, test-driven development, and design concepts
  • Understanding the tradeoffs between short-term and long-term goals and balancing immediate needs with strategic initiatives
  • Experience in working with software, platforms, and infrastructure at scale (we run thousands of hosts and have millions of users)
  • Experience in building modern Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems at scale
  • Experience working with a team on large initiatives with the ability to course-correct as needed
  • Experience working with modern web development, including testing, staging, deploying, and monitoring
