Center of Expertise EMEA support our Premium Engagement customers in their digital transformation. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

A key competency of this role is the ability to translate SAP customers’ business problems and ambitions into practical tactical and strategic roadmaps charting the deployment of digital solutions SAP offers.


  • Be the key SAP architect for our global customers when it comes to Enterprise Architecture Transformation Planning following proven methodologies.
  • Act as advisor to the customer with a broad application, Line of Business (LoB) or industry understanding.
  • Review the as-is situation and goals of a customer holistically (e.g. industry, LoB), and translate them into an appropriate business-driven IT-roadmap and architecture design based on SAP’s offerings and SAP’s cloud strategy, with a clear focus on customer success.
  • Challenge existing solutions / approaches / concepts, to generate a state-of-the-art and future-ready outcome.
  • Identify clear value drivers and develop compelling outcome-based value propositions to guide customer’s decision-making.
  • Operationalize the customers’ business strategies, identify relevant components, approaches, input, etc. to derive the best possible solution and help our customers to leverage the differentiating benefits of our cloud solutions.
  • Clarify expectations from various stakeholders, especially in very difficult cases; create a solution which integrates diverse points of view and serves as a starting point for future SAP business. Collaborate with customers, partners and SAP teams for the best possible implementation.
  • Take a step back if required and re-define the concepts so that a constant improvement is guaranteed (agility in solution design).
  • Drive knowledge management and innovation activities based on this experience with customers. Document successful approaches, tools etc. and makes them available at SAP internally.
  • Support our customers on their transformation to SAP S/4HANA / Intelligent Enterprise.
  • Fully understand and leverage the capabilities of SAPs technology platform(s).
  • Take the lead of delivery of complex remote and onsite services together with our experts for global customers with focus on system optimization, conceptual planning and road mapping as well as empowering the customers with newest best practice knowledge.
  • Collaborate and co-innovate with the respective development teams.


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills

  • Very strong knowledge with a proven projects record in any of the following areas where you acted as a team lead or solution architect:
    • Finance
    • Or Logistics (e.g. MM, EWM, TM)
    • Or Digital Supply Chain (e.g. PP, QM, PM)
    • Or Supply Chain Planning (e.g. APO, IBP, PPDS)
    • Or other SAP solution areas

  • Good knowledge of SAP cloud solutions and products roadmap (S/4HANA or Digital Supply Chain as an example)
  • Overall SAP Corporate Strategy and SAP Product Strategy Knowledge
  • Knowledge of the latest SAP Strategy and its related pillars including the capability to discuss this with the customer
  • SAP Products and Methods Knowledge:
    • Advanced knowledge of SAP Product Portfolio (on premise and cloud solutions, S/4HANA)
    • Industry Solutions (in related industry area) - Leverage industry and SAP reference architectures
  • Certification / competence in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
    • S/4HANA Functional Modules as mentioned above.
    • Project Management (e.g., SAP Activate, PMI or SAP internal certification)

    • TOGAF
    • Signavio

‍ The Role

Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +0 / +4 UTC.

As an engineer on our team, you will deliver core technology for our products. You will design software solutions, write code, craft tests, and troubleshoot issues. You will apply high standards of code quality and development best practices, such as TDD, continuous integration, and secure code thinking.

You will play an important role in our delivery process. You will need to understand the product goals and provide technical input to specifications. You will participate in discussions on domain model design and coordinate with our Product team. You will also collaborate with lead developers on architecture and implementation planning.

Who you’ll become

A Solution Advisor works with our customers and prospects to help them solve business challenges and meet their business objectives using SAP solutions. As a part of the sales team, a Solution Advisor is the “subject matter expert” responsible for the functional and technical knowledge within the sales cycle. Drive Commercial Performance:
  • Ensure that sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgment through effective analysis and reporting

Build Trust with Key Partners:
  • Work effectively with Revenue Management Sonderites, Operations, Sales, Marketing, E-commerce to ensure incremental financial performance (RevPar, EBITDA)
  • Build an effective working relationship with hotel commercial teams and operations to maintain their trust and confidence in the Revenue Management’s decisions and actions pertaining inventory and rate control, pricing and overbooking

Analyze Information and Monitor Performance:
  • Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors
  • Conduct displacement analysis of group business as needed to determine the impact potential businesses will have on RevPAR
  • Review all tentative and definite group bookings to ensure they support the implemented commercial strategies and group status is updated and group evaluator is used effectively
Ensure Area Operating Plan and Forecast:
  • Prepare all weekly, monthly, quarterly forecasts and budgets using appropriate systems and tools
  • Use specialist knowledge of the hotels and markets to produce and maintain hotel forecasts using prescribed tools
  • Prepare Annual Operating Plan revenue proposals
  • Perform IDeaS forecast validation process on a regular basis to identify changes in trends and opportunities to enhance IDeaS forecasts
Deliver Competitive and Demand Analysis:
  • Ensure rate shopping data is consistent, appropriate and effectively analyzed
  • Review all competitive shops daily and identify selling strategies, opportunities and market trends
  • Review demand calendars, convention calendars and city event calendars to keep abreast of all demand generators on a weekly basis
  • Maintain historical data on events and performance on any promotion during these demand generating events
  • Maintain IDeaS interface where automated rate shopping is configured to ensure the yield system is configured for pricing adjustments appropriately.
  • Proactively identify peak nights and peak periods to set KPI targets and action plans
  • Identify demand troughs and lead an action plan
Support and Execution of New Initiatives:
  • Support execution of new initiatives across key stakeholders including revenue management, marketing, distribution, sales, technology, ecommerce, loyalty, franchise services, business intelligence, and finance
  • Plan and support rollout and execution of initiatives
  • Develop project tracking for initiatives, communicate priorities, and report on progress

You will join the exciting and high growth Prisma Cloud business unit positioning the industry’s most comprehensive cloud native security platform, including CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), CWP (Cloud Workload Protection) and Cloud Identity etc.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a set of global accounts and driving the sales for our Prisma Cloud solutions. As part of the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Legal team, the E&C CONNECT team is dedicated to minimizing risks and continuously improving process quality by providing transparency to compliance control and process health. What you'll do


Expectations and Responsibilities:


  • Generate Leads and Opportunities through social selling, strategic & targeted prospecting into companies in given industry / LoB (Line of Business)
  • Plan prospecting strategy in alignment with the Sales Team and Partners
  • Drive proactive outbound activities into net new contacts
  • Engage with C-Level executives through multi-channel touch points
  • Meet ambitious sales - and Demand Generation targets
  • Be SAP’s cutting edge for driving digital transformation
  • Adopt and deploy the latest digital prospecting and sales tools and methodologies

What you bring


Preferred Skills, Experience and behavioral traits:


  • Arabic (Mandatory)
  • Fluent English (Mandatory)
  • Graduated with a University degree in Business Administration / IT / Digital Transformation or other disciplines
  • 1-2 years experience of B2B Demand Generation and/or Sales Experience working in a software sales organization is a plus.
  • Interest for new technologies
  • Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and/or line of business
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor
  • Capacity to listen actively in order to identify prioritized customer needs
  • Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results

The primary responsibility of the SAP Sales Development Associate is to engage with our Net New customers through digital selling methodologies and techniques, build and manage a pipeline of software license opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with Sales Executives.

As an integral part of the account team, the Sales Development Associate leverages multiple resources, including among others, marketing, sales, presales teams, partners and innovative tools to engage with our Net New customers in a given territory.

Summary:

An established Wealth Advisory firm is seeking a Wealth Relationship Manager to join their Business Development team. This role is instrumental in driving growth in revenues, assets under management (AUM), and client base within the wealth management segment, focusing on high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), family offices, and endowments across the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelors degree in business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial services.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM and wealth management platforms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a foundation in PR and marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively connect with HNWI and maintain substantial client relationships.
  • Bilingual - Fluent English & Arabic

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead growth initiatives to increase revenue, AUM, and client base within the targeted wealth management segment.
  • Lead strategic efforts to cultivate and deepen relationships with investment managers, enhancing business growth and sustainability.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform the sales strategy and develop a compelling wealth management proposition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance client awareness of investment solutions.
  • Facilitate training for the wealth team on emerging needs of wealth managers, incorporating industry trends and market intelligence.
  • Engage in effective internal and external networking to generate new leads and business development opportunities.
  • Represent the firm at networking and industry events, actively pursuing new business development avenues.
  • Manage and execute ad-hoc projects and business development-focused activities as required.
