2. Trouble Shooting / RCM

Respond requests and telephone calls for technical assistance and attend the equipment which is faulty including but not limited to Conduiting Cabling and Terminations. Assist the line manager in Schedule and Scope during corrective maintenance such as faults are rectified which is under WS scope and the faults are rectified within the provided Schedule or time for repair

3. Communication, Coordination & Team Work Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation with the Customer. Communication with LINE Manager, Peers, or Subordinates. Responsibilities

1. Inspect incoming product based on quality standards

a. Visually inspect based on quality procedures and test using gauges

2. Identify product size, type and quantity

a. Determine product number and quantity of equipment received

3. Repair, assemble, and power wash product

a. Repair - cut 15 degree and small flat surface collars on turret lathe, reface sleeves to flat shoulder with blade, reinsert helicoils, free stuck hinges utilizing mallet and/or pneumatic air hammer, apply spray lubricant to bolts and hinges as necessary

b. Assemble – Insert bolts using an air impact wrench, insert helicoils, and drive pin into hinge

c. Power wash – Thoroughly wash each piece of returned equipment using high pressure, heated pressure washer

4. Keep track of product throughout refurbishment process

a. Maintain correct count throughout process and see that each activity is performed prior to being put on a pallet and on the rack

5. Complete required paperwork as needed

a. Utilize computer and database

6. Shipping correct quantities and making sure paperwork is filled in correctly and received immediately by office.

a. Pulling correct product from racks and in the inventory system per requirement

7. Operate forklift, lathe, and air tools in a safe manner

a. Forklift – Properly use forklift while pulling orders from racks, moving completed pallets to specified rack location, loading and unloading delivery trucks

b. Lathe – Install collars on turret lathe and turn down face to a smooth 15 degree angle and a small flat edge on the outermost part of the collar
