The responsibilities that you will be mastering:

  • Teach undergraduate-level classes, administer exams and assign grades.
  • Attend and observe classes of the course to which you are assigned.
  • Able to communicate and discuss assigned duties with the Course supervisor and effectively coordinate instructional efforts.
  • Organize and prepare tutorial materials.
  • Grade assignments, projects and exams.

THE SAP YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM


The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP. The program, which lasts for 2 months, is designed to give recent graduates the certifications and soft skills required to begin a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. At the end of the training, SAP will work very closely with the program graduates to introduce them to a host of opportunities with SAP customers and partners to work as an SAP Consultant.


SAP CONSULTANTS


The role of an SAP Consultant can be divided into 2 functions: Functional and Technical.


The consultant will contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phase of a S/4 HANA project, and provide business process as well as functional expertise, and project guidance to our clients to ensure their investment in SAP software and consulting services will make their business the best run business.


The Consultant is also responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in each of their accounts in addition to growing and developing referenceable customers through their investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a complete enterprise resource planning (ERP) system with built-in intelligent technologies, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.   • Candidates must have a keen interest in starting an SAP-related career involving travel;
  • Candidates should be fluent in English, both written and spoken;
  • The program will commence by mid July 2024 and full-time availability from 9am – 6pm from Sunday - Thursday throughout the training period is essential. The Program will last for 2 months.
  • This training will take place online in a virtual live classroom format. Please ensure you have strong enough internet at home to be able to participate in this program.

What you´ll do

  • The Commercial Business Partner will support the Sales teams and manage a variety of commercial contracts in accordance with the SAP policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
  • The role has a very strong commercial focus. The Commercial Business Partner will need to work closely with the sales teams with a pro-active approach and often take a central role in customer negotiations, advising on deal structure, providing detailed pricing information, identifying risk and revenue recognition risks and finding practical commercial solutions to meet the needs of the business.

Purpose and Objectives

SAP’s Adoption Services Center (ASC), our services organization, supports our customers in their digital transformation. We sustain the adoption of SAP software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer. Within the ASC organization you will be part of the EMEA HXM Services Delivery team and based in Cairo, Egypt.


Expectation and Tasks

The successful candidate will become a member of the SAP Egypt team being responsible for consulting services in domain of Human Experience Management (HXM).

Your role involves, but is not limited to, delivery of business and technology advisory services within customer engagements. You are a good problem solver, a creative and innovative thinker and an excellent team player with the ability to lead a team and to communicate effectively in an international environment. As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks:


Able to further develop yourself as a Senior Consultant working closely with management and SAP consultants on projects.
Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers
Lead and drive internal team(s)/meetings
Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
Able to work together with a group of consultants, including Near-Shore and Off-Shore consultants on projects
Organize yourself in a remote working style
Travel to customers and SAP meetings as would be requested, most of the work is delivered remotely


Expected Skills

Strong leadership skills.
Having experience in different industries is a big advantage.
Experience with cloud solutions is mandatory and having knowledge of on-premise HCM solutions is a big advantage
Technology oriented possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications
Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn
Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Expectation of minimum of 5 years of experience within the HCM/HXM domain


Additional information

Location – the role is part of the EMEA South ASC HXM Services Delivery Team
Language skills: English language fluency mandatory – one or more other languages is an advantage
