Job Description:

As a Block Mason, your primary responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and drawings to determine specifications and calculate materials required.

Laying blocks or bricks following specified patterns, and applying mortar to bind blocks together.

Ensuring the structural integrity of masonry works by following all safety and building regulations.

Using tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and other masonry tools to shape, smooth, and finish blocks and bricks.

Mixing and preparing mortar or concrete to appropriate consistencies.

Repairing and maintaining existing structures by replacing damaged blocks, bricks, or other materials.

Collaborating with other construction workers and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the worksite and tools.

Working Conditions:

Duty Hours: 8 hours per day, with the possibility of overtime as required.

Salary: AED 1200 – AED 1400 per month, depending on experience and performance during the interview.
