Sr. Superintendent Logistics

§ Lead the logistics team offshore which consist out of marine coordination of more than 80 units on the project, mobilisations, camp & welfare, marine & island logistics, marine warranty survey, bunker survey, and lifting appointed person team members.

§ Supervises activities related to logistical support for dredging, reclamation, rockwork and civil marine projects within deadline and budget available.

§ Focus on company business priorities while meeting customer demands.

§ Ensure high quality, safety and environmental standards

§ Familiar with and to have clear understanding of project requirements and specifications in order to ensure that = deliverables are maintained and produced in compliance with it. Also, be able to understand the implications of criteria changes, in technical and commercial terms.

§ Be able to manage and prioritise efficiently resources such as Engineers, Junior Engineers, Draughtsman in order to submit deliverables on time

§ Supervise the design, engineering and preparation for the construction of temporary heavy equipment, rock/accropode and accommodation barge jetties

§ Responsible for the equipment mobilisation and transport from/to the island

§ Preparation and supervision of jetty pontoons

§ Coordination of fuel & water bunkering, personnel transfer and several other logistical arrangements (such as sewage, food, waste from/to and on the island

§ Warehouse management

§ Assist procurement team in ordering required equipment involved in the logistics scope

§ Coordination of (off)loading and seafastening arrangements on vessels

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for alternative asset queries
  • Assists in review of all other queries
  • Responsible for supporting data management with respect to alternative asset transactional impacts and interpretation of complex capital account statements and transaction notices. Responsible for communicating how the data should be captured.
  • Acts as point of initial review for all investment data. Includes review of (but not limited to) Alternative Investment Performance Data.
  • Responsible for initial or secondary review of NAV, allocation and underlying client performance for alternative investments.
  • Serves as initial or secondary reviewer of single, conventional and blended benchmark calculations; reviewer of Public Market Equivalent (PME) benchmark calculations.

  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), with particular emphasis on Excel.

    Responsibilities:
    As a Django Developer, you will:

    Requirements:
    To qualify for this role, you should have:

    • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Django developer, with at least [X] years of experience.
    • Strong understanding of the Django framework, ORM, and templating engine.
    • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

    The Role : Regional HR Business Partner

    The Team: You will join a best in class team of HR professionals, who work collegially and professionally across the EMEA region to collaborate and exchange domain knowledge and expertise in the field of Human Resources to provide the highest level of employee and business support.

    The Impact: The EMEA Regional People team is a dynamic team responsible for the local implementation and operation of our global People programmes, practices and procedures with a focus on employee relations, performance management, retention, site management, and organisational development.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead people initiatives in KSA and potentially supporting UAE. Partner closely with people leaders, colleagues, divisional People Partners, Regional Partners and site leaders in the region.
    • Play critical part in setting up and growing a local entity, guaranteeing an alignment with S&P values and culture.


    • Contribute to developing, socialising, and implementing enterprise-wide People programmes that meet current needs while also anticipating future business and talent trends.
    • Partner closely with other People teams such as divisional people partners, employee relations, talent, enablement, compensation, benefits, global mobility, immigration and legal solve complex employee issues and provide sound guidance to the business.
    • Advise people leaders on performance management, employee relations, appropriately evaluating risk and providing guidance/support in executing terminations.
    • Advise management regarding People policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction.
    • Provide regional guidance and perspective on promotions, salary and workforce planning; assist with execution of these activities.
    • Understand applicable local labor regulations and use as a basis in assessing risk/guidance. Stay abreast of new regulations to drive compliance requirements.
    • Champion and educate on new People programs and initiatives within remit including DEI, learning and development, engagement, rewards and talent.

    What We're Looking For :
    • Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible business partner experience including consulting with leadership in the development and execution of human resources strategies and practices including talent strategy, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and organizational effectiveness/team development.
    • Ability to build strong partnerships and exert influence at all levels within the organization through industry expertise and excellence in all aspects of communication and leadership
    • Skilled in navigating employee relations matters and experience in conducting workplace investigations
    • Experience supporting organizations with globally diverse cultures and geographically dispersed colleague bases
    • Strong proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to remain agile and flexible in a matrixed People Partner model.
    • Proven experience as a successful coach to leaders and colleagues related to workplace challenges, change management efforts, managing poor performers etc.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to achieve impact and influence through quality information, access and awareness
