Summary

HII - Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Logistics Manager to be assigned to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the supply chain and logistics operations in Qatar. You will coordinate with logistics and warehouse operations and employees to direct daily supply chain operations. This person will also Ensure timely receipt of products from supplier in accordance with purchase order requirements while ensuring the monitoring and management of all logistics functions and optimal inventory levels are maintained.

In addition to your base salary this role will provide assistance with housing and other necessitates required to reside in Qatar.

What You Will Do

  • Be responsible for submitting requests, tracking and receiving material in order to perform all maintenance, repairs, and service calls IAW procedures established by ECONS. This will require use of approved inventory management system and work order management system, to requisition, track, handle, and issue material.
  • Prepare purchase request documents and micro-purchases to support existing and forecasted requirements.
  • Provides in-depth analysis of transportation costs, parts procurement, backorders, and delivery procedures.
  • Implements Activity Register and tracks product flow from origin to final delivery.
  • Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
  • Track all material requisitions throughout entirety of the acquisition process until the materials have arrived and been issued. This will also include tracking, maintaining, organizing and cleaning warehouse space.
  • Use inventory control procedures, examine and determine shortage, quantities, document daily deliveries analyze and make recommendations of suppliers, update systems and reports, and any other duties as assigned.
  • Conduct all job duties outlined in PWS to ensure professional and quality services are provided to Customer in accordance with program requirements, while maintaining safety as the highest priority IAW PWS, laws, codes, guidelines, criteria and standards established by international, US government, PWS and any additional guidelines.
  • Be available within 4 hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Purchasing and requisitioning non-standard, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) material.
  • Transportation, International Shipping, and Import/Export Procedures.
  • Requires strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and current passport.
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Must have the ability to successfully pass CENTCOM medical requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain a Country visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).
  • Clearance: Must have possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred: Bonus Points For...

  • Experience providing excellent customer service in supporting contract responsibilities in an OCONUS environment.
  • Relevant overseas experience, preferably in the Middle East with knowledge of local culture and customs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining performance standards.

Physical Requirements

This position may be located in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit / 50-55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment. Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors. HSEQ Officer – Terminals

1. APEX HSEQ & Sustainability Meeting – Lead and run the APEX Meeting for all Terminals & Plant every quarter to review the reactive and proactive indicators and maintain the minutes of the meeting.

2. ER Drills – Liaise with the local authorities and plan and conduct annual mega drill to meet the legal and customer requirements. Conduct internal mock drills as per the drill plan across all the UAE terminals / plants. Develop Emergency Response Plan and Business Continuity Plan for the Terminal operations in coordination with Group HSEQ Play the ER role in the unlikely event of incident and manage the emergencies along with ER team.

3. Customer Management – Attend and participate in the customer review meetings and fulfill the customer requirements on time.

4. Authorities Inspection/Audits: Laise with Concern Authorities (Civil Defense, Police, Port Authorities, Freezone Authorities, Security Authorities, Waste Management, etc.) for their inspection and keep all relevant permits up to date. Initiate timely actions to renew the permits before expiry.

5. Customer Audits – Lead and Support the terminal / plant operations in the customer audits and ensure the actions are closed as per the agreed timeline.

6. External Audits – Lead the external certification audits like ISO Audits, CDI – T Assessment, Social Compliance Audits, etc., with the support from Group HSEQ in UAE Terminal / Plant operations and working on to close the agreed findings on time Support.

7. External Certifications – Ensure to maintain the validity of all the external certification like ISO, ICT, etc. and initiate timely renewal.

8. Internal Audit - Support and demonstrate transparency in the Group Internal HSEQ MS Audit and close all the audits findings within the agreed period.

9. Incident Investigation – Report the incidents and customer complaints recorded in the Sri Lanka operations to Group HSEQ and Business Excellence team respectively. Investigate the incidents and customer complaints in a positive blame free environment and share report to Group Team for review. Ensure the corrective actions are taken to prevent reoccurrence of the incidents and share the learning from incidents to others.

10. Incident Tracker & Corrective Action Tracker: Maintain the incident tracking register and ensure all corrective actions are closed on time. Prepare the trend analysis of all the reported NMPI and accidents, and appropriate training and development program to be conducted. Track and monitor all the internal and external action items using Corrective Action Tracker and ensure to take the actions on time.

11. Legal Requirements – Liaise with the local authorities and monitors the changes in the legal requirements and update the legal register and ensure full compliance.

12. Risk Assessment - Carry out the terminal or plant inspection periodically and carry out risk assessment as per the IMS, Customer and Operational requirements.

Senior Purchaser

  • Prepare a Metal Summary report for all fixed jewelry types (Diamond, Pearl, Color Stone, and Spanish) for CFO, as required.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and conduct forecast analysis.
  • MIS Support: Verifying data accuracy, rectifying errors, and furnishing necessary details to the MIS team for seamless operations.
  • Retail Store Support: Input valuations of old jewelry purchases into the retail system against respective sales, and provide instructions to the accounts team to execute necessary transactions for accurate accounting reconciliation. Additionally, provide the store with a list detailing design status requirements and arrange certificates upon store request.
  • Before purchasing into the system, re-verify all entered details for validation, and ensure that all costing and prices align with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Validating with ERP and verify all entered product costing, prices , and other details once purchase processed in to the system.
  • Upgrading the collection, suggesting new collections, and updating relevant trade margins corresponding to the collections, regions, and store levels within the system.

Power System Engineer

Job-Role: - Power System Analysis Expert


Experience: Minimum 8years professional experience in Power System Studies with at least 5 years experience as a lead Power System Analyst.


Criteria:


Experience in a lead position in power system studies and grid integration studies for Renewable Power Plants. Should have profound knowledge about renewable generation (Solar PV inverters, wind energy systems), HVDC, FACTS (STATCOM, SVC, SCG). Should have hands-on experience working on software like PSCAD, PSS/E, ETAP, DigSILENT.


Exp in Substations & Grid Integration


• Experience in Grid integration studies like Transient and Steady state stability studies, voltage stability studies, harmonic studies, power quality studies, LVRT (Low Voltage Ride Through) and Fault Ride Through studies.

• Experience in performing short circuit analysis and sizing the switchgear and circuit breaker as per the standard.

• Experience in Insulation coordination studies - cable energization, transformer energization, reactor energization, TRV, direct and indirect lightning strike study, very fast transient over voltage (GIS) using PSCD or similar, Switching study, Power oscillation damping, Sub-Synchronous Resonance study.

• Experience in performing arc flash analysis as per the international standard.

• Experience in Contingency analysis for designing grid components.

• Experience in performing Ferro-resonance Studies associated with Transformer, EHV Cable.

• Experience in performing the Secondary Arc current extinction study for performing successful auto reclosure study.

• Selection of Surge Arrester Duty such as Residual Voltage, Energy Level.


Renewables


• Load flow studies to assess the overloading elements in the network as per the Renewable Energy Systems (RES) capacity addition plans/scenarios.

• Identification of reactive power elements required under multiple cases for RES capacity addition plans/scenarios.

• Shall have knowledge on Modelling of Renewable Energy sources (especially Solar, BESS & Wind).

• Assessment of the operational challenges posed by Different RES technologies- Solar, Wind

• Verification of grid code compliance before energization of the power plant under consideration of all relevant operating scenarios.

Head of Programs

Role Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for leading in innovative humanitarian program creation, advising implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The Head of Programs works closely with the management to deliver on the grantmaking portfolio of KSQF. The Head of Programs is responsible for overseeing the effective distribution of grant funding, advocacy and convening, relationship management, monitoring and evaluation, fundraising support, donor management support and impact assessment. Key Accountabilities

Supervises the day-to-day operations of the pipe department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.

Establish the design criteria with the Architect of record developed in coordination with structural engineer, MEP

engineer, interior designer and end user operation requirements.

Review the design deliverables in all stages such as concept, schematic, detailed design and IFC and ensures

compliance with the client requirements, time schedules, budget and with the authorities regulations.

Review the design development and ensures technical compliance with standards.

Conduct constructability review for the design documents and provide solution/ alternatives for the raised issues.

Carry out technical review of the design drawings with the team of MEP and structural to ensure the coordination of all

disciplines and act as a team leader in coordination and technical review of the design to ensure that all design inputs

from all disciplines complies with the safety requirements, fit for purpose (aesthetically, technically and operationally)

within minimum environment impact and that the BOQs cover all disciplines as per drawing and specification through

coordination with the QSs.

Contribute in preparation and architectural specification for the project, manages the development of architectural

specification by the Architect of Record and ensures compliance with the client requirements, budget and the

international standards, ensures technical compliance of the specified material and to contribute in the value engineering

of the specified material to ensure the best values with lowest cost.

Liaise with the planner to prepare weekly reports on the design deliverables; submit weekly report on the constraint of

design development .

Submits reports on time to obtain authority's permissions and liaises with design manager to

provide recovery plan in case of late progress.

Provide daily documentation and written record as to the progress, problems, solutions, inspections, change orders,

construction changes, meeting, shop drawings, product and other items that reflect the progress of the work. To provide

technical support during the construction stage through RFI responses, clarifications within the period defined in the time

schedule/contract.

· Negotiate and finalize agreements with property owners to include their homes in Elegant Escapes.

· Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with Elegant Escapes.

· Act as the main point of contact for property owners, addressing concerns, providing updates, and offering support as needed.

· Collaborate with the management team to draft and negotiate contracts with property owners, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in line with company policies.

· Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of new properties, accurate listings, and efficient management processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
