· Prepares costing and workout sales plan as per company procedures.
· Prepares proposals on ERP and follows the work flow chart based on ERP module.
· Demonstration of machineries and equipment at customer site.
· Constant relationship building with material manufacturers.

· Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.

· Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
· Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
· Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
· Develops customer relation by providing technical information and training.
· Prepares personal sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
· Contributes to sales effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.

Job Title: Salesforce Techno Functional Consultant
Educational Qualification and Certificates: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Salesforce administrator, PD1, Sales cloud, Service cloud. (must have at least 2 certificates)
Job Purpose: We are looking for someone with 6 years plus of Salesforce development across Sales, Service, Community Clouds who would be assisting in the implementation/ enhancements and support of Salesforce modules and responsible for the maintenance of Salesforce applications. Role and Responsibilities: Maintain and customize CRM Sales, Service and Sales Cloud implementations. Interact with business users to conduct needs assessment study, prepare scope of works, and functional specification document for new applications or modifications to the current applications Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/documenting/deploying solutions to end users Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, etc.) Salesforce Administration & development of Process Builders, Workflows, Validations, Object Model, Profile/Role/Permission Set, Security etc. Responsible to build integrations with other systems (ERP 12.2.6) using REST and Web Services, Experience working on MuleSoft for integration purpose. Responsible to test and debug code to ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs, Support QA in functional and system level testing and fix defects, Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders) and sign-off, provide training to key business stakeholders on new features developed.
