Senior Quantity Surveyor Fitout

We at Leo International HRC Looking to hire Quantity Surveyor in Fit out for one of our construction client in Dubai.



  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the quantity surveying process for fitout projects.
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
  • Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction process.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and claims.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate the procurement process for materials and services.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.
  • Analyze and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and payment certificates.
  • Provide advice on cost control, value engineering, and cost-saving measures.

Junior Accountant


  • Execute meticulous data entry for sales, purchases, and various financial transactions within specified timeframes.
  • Oversee and update financial records in the accounting system, ensuring precision and adherence to established standards.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Generate comprehensive financial reports for management review, providing valuable insights into the store's financial performance.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and internal policies.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification such as a Master's in Accounting is highly preferred.
  • Proven and substantial experience 2 Years in data entry and accounting roles, with a focus on the retail industry in UAE.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify errors efficiently.

- Oversee NBIOT design, and integration

- Align Etisalat core with 3GPP standards.

- Capacity planning and traffic engineering for M2M/IOT core functions.

- Align with different core vendors to prepare M2M/IOT, MEC, and Private Networks functions roadmap

- Oversee Edge IOT applications including hyper scalers

- Oversee innovation area for enterprise solutions, and arrange for customers visits

- Coordinates and controls the preparation of technical specifications for equipment and systems

- Alignment and integration with Hyperscalers cloud, and Orchestration systems.

- Alignment and lead for vendors experts and developers to provide required integration, and use cases.

- Align with different teams in technology for end to end enterprise products creation.

- Support Business team in solutions preparation, and to satisfy customers requirements

- Provide periodic reports to management

- Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of function employees.

Description:

Job Description


We are looking to recruit an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join our digital workplace team. The role of the M365 technical specialist is to work closely with our operational business to support the M365 platform. You will also be responsible for M365 administration, supporting our technical support teams, training, and maintenance of the environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the operational health of the M365 environment including availability, maintenance, performance, interoperability, reliability, and security
  • Assist in the administration and support of an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, mobile access, SharePoint (sub sites, lists, libraries, and content) etc.
  • Troubleshoot M365 related issues including connectivity and mobility when alerted by monitoring software or staff
  • Involved throughout the lifecycle of projects you will use your broad experience in Microsoft platforms and enterprise technology architecture (Azure/ M365)
  • Execute, manage, and lead users through the on-boarding technical and support process
  • Support and resolve specific user deployment issues
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the current Microsoft 365 tools and keep abreast of the Microsoft roadmap and its impact to our business
  • Interact daily with IT team to provide and share technical issue resolution knowledge and deployment/adoption processes best practices
  • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include audit log reports evaluation, system and storage utilisation reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings
  • Training and educating end-users on M365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook etc.)
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of Microsoft 365 processes and procedures
  • Producing dashboard reports and management information, particularly around the consumption of licenses and resources as well as user adoption of the various components

Qualifications


Technical Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a range of both technical and business focused skills and experience.

  • Deep knowledge in M365 technologies with experience of two or more of the following: Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive for Business, Teams.
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 for an enterprise and working as part of an IT team
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 migration activities, typically as part of projects or large programmes of work.
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience focused on the implementation and/or use of Microsoft 365 and Collaboration technologies

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing and supporting; OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, OneNote, Yammer, SharePoint, and Power Platform etc.
  • Experience in managing and supporting; Intune implementation, migration and administration
  • Experience of M365 management tools for example, Intune, Azure, AAD, and the other M365 management portals
  • Experience administering M365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint environment
  • Experience with data sovereignty situations and options to comply
  • Experienced in providing technical support to IT teams and end-user support to individuals
  • Experience with PowerShell would be a highly desirable skill

Interact with business users to conduct needs assessment study, prepare scope of works, and functional specification document for new applications or modifications to the current applications Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/documenting/deploying solutions to end users Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices using Salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, etc.) Salesforce Administration & development of Process Builders, Workflows, Validations, Object Model, Profile/Role/Permission Set, Security etc. Responsible to build integrations with other systems (ERP 12.2.6) using REST and Web Services, Experience working on MuleSoft for integration purpose. Responsible to test and debug code to ensure that production systems continue to meet user needs, Support QA in functional and system level testing and fix defects, Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders) and sign-off, provide training to key business stakeholders on new features developed. Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes. Provide day-to-day end-user support. Act as hands-on primary developer of solutions using key Salesforce core programing languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, Rest APIs). Must have good communication skills to interact with business users, Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment Hands on experience on Mulesoft, HexaBPM, Nintex Drawloop is mandatory
