JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Professional Services Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of Commvault Professional Services in the Emerging region, you will manage a team of highly skilled engineers and architects and be part of the EMEA Professional Services leadership team.

As a leader you will be responsible for the delivery of all professional services in META and own business line metrics; improving people's performance, creating and managing quotes, you will partner with our sales team on enterprise solutions and ensure Commvault continues to deliver world class professional services.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver and grow the business lines in region, owning the metrics that will measure the business/team performance

  • Planning and forecasting for bookings and revenue targets

  • Managing a highly skilled team of Engineers and Architects to deliver solutions across the region

  • Ensure high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary

  • Meeting with with customers at C-level, partnering with Sales/Pre-sales on enabling end customer solutions

  • Collaborate with Commvault COE and partner resource

  • Actively drive business and process improvement initiatives both in region and as part of EMEAI leadership team

  • Ownership and creation of Statement of Work documents

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrable experience in Professional Services /Service delivery gained within a Professional Services consulting practice or a service delivery environment

  • Experience in project & program management

  • Exceptional customer-facing skills at C-level

  • Entrepreneurial and commercial focused with a growth mindset

  • Experience ensuring systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery model

The Role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing Sales Team in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. The Account Executive will focus on driving new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Single and Multi-Family Offices, and Private Banks within the MEA region.

What You'll Do
  • Develop a strategic sales plan to effectively and efficiently cover named accounts within your assigned MEA territory.
  • Manage lead qualification and conversion from financial firms in the MEA region.
  • Aggressively prospect and cultivate new relationships within named accounts.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to the region's needs.
  • Travel as required to engage with prospects and clients or participate in marketing events within the territory (approximately 40-50% travel).

Who You Are
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the MEA region.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in selling SaaS products to the wealth management or finance industry.
  • Proven Success: A track record of achieving sales quotas and expanding into new markets.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a solid understanding of SaaS applications.
  • Cultural Awareness: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate diverse cultures within the MEA market.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

ServiceNow is seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our Support Account Management (SAM) Services team and play a critical role in delivering world-class customer satisfaction, as SAMs help ServiceNow change the way people work.


The SAM will be delivering both proactive and reactive services and act as a central point of contact for all support-related activities. You will be a member of a highly skilled team focused on a select set of high profile, strategic customers whilst delivering a high-quality service.

  • Drive continual improvement for the customer and their environment through trend analysis and partnering with the internal account team to be a champion of change.
  • Review open cases, problems and changes communicating aligned priorities to assigned ServiceNow teams to ensure a timely response and resolution.

    Reporting to the Regional Sales Director – Channel Sales Executive Team, the Channel Sales Executive (Qatar) will be a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about security solutions and is highly end user customer-focused and efficient.     As a Channel Sales Executive you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

    • Promote and market Motorola Solutions Inc. Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) products and services within the assigned territory. The negotiation and closing of sales and execution of contracts for sales is handled by Motorola Solutions head office.
    • Support Motorola Solutions VS&A sales activities in the assigned territory by creating, nurturing, and responding to sales opportunities for VS&A’s products and services with End Users.
