SUMMARY & ROLE INFORMATION
:

We are looking for a Local Product Manager to join our global expert team to support and extend our localized solutions in Public Sector for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll according to local legal regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

We are looking for someone who can:


  • Drive the entire product life cycle, starting with the continuous roll-in of legal requirements from local authorities with a focus on payroll.
  • Advise customers on localization best practices, adherence to standard solutions, extensibility options, and project implementation recommendations.
  • Describe requirements in detail as a basis for development backlog planning which you will align in tight collaboration with global development teams.
  • Validate solution increments as part of the agile development process to ensure high quality.
  • Handle customer incidents when required while being supported by an expert development team.
  • Support rolling out localized SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions being recognized as an expert by our internal and external stakeholders.


EXPERIENCE / ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Proven working experience with payroll software as an implementation consultant, auditor, or product manager for the Public Sector industry.
  • Must have experience working as a consultant in at least two SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects in the public sector discipline. Any experience of implementation experience in the private sector is a plus.
  • Strong team player in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience in localization development and the ability to maintain oversight on arising legal requirements while being able to evaluate and describe complex product requirements in detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong network across various groups, such as development, field teams, and customers.
  • Fluency in English must and knowing the Arabic language to speak, write and read is a plus.
  • Profound knowledge of SAP’s solution portfolio for Human Experience Management.
  • Enthusiasm for taking the initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Proven customer-facing experience, especially in the public sector.

You will demonstrate your expertise through the entire product life cycle, from legal requirements gathering to solution implementation, enabling and guiding customers to leverage SAP S/4HANA's capabilities for enhanced financial management. You will also utilize your techno-functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) or other related SAP modules, facilitating modernizing public-sector systems and ultimately improving people's lives through more efficient and reliable government services. You will also thoroughly document and describe all requirements to guide future developments.


What you bring:


  • Proven experience with SAP logistics modules (SAP MM/ SD/ SRM, etc.).

  • Strong background as an implementation consultant, tax consultant, or product manager.

  • SAP SRM or other SAP logistics-related modules consulting experience in at least two SAP S/4HANA public sector projects.

  • Knowledge of advanced-level procurement processes and implementing SAP solutions.

  • Familiarity with localized solutions in MENA's logistics sector (implementation experience is a plus).

Summary:
The CNC and Laser Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining computer-controlled machines that are used to cut or etch materials such as metal, plastic, and wood. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machines and laser cutters, as well as a strong understanding of safety procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC and laser cutting machines
  • Load and unload raw materials into machines
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

The purpose of this position is to extend SAP's market coverage in the dedicated segment by generating new pipeline through:

The role:

As a Technical Support Associate Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving customer outcomes through leading of highly technical engineers. You will set the tone and the tempo for your team, leading by example, coaching and mentoring to ultimately to drive an outstanding customer experience.

To do this you will drive operational excellence of your team, ensuring exceptional service, setting technical standards, handling key performance metrics and driving continuous improvement. Additional as the first line of customer critical issue management, you will have responsibility to drive incident outcomes by handling issues, collaborators, mobilizing other resources across Commvault, directly or through your team.

  • Lead and head up a team of 8-12 highly technical engineers, including Tier 1, Tier 2 and SME resources, encouraging a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Take ownership of key performance indicators including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Very Satisfied (VSAT) ratings, Initial Response SLA, Time-to-Resolution (TTR), and managing calls closed within 24 hours/5 days.

  • Lead and coordinate technical outcomes for critical customer issues, working with all collaborators.

  • This will include Customer operations teams and leadership, Commvault Sales teams, Engineering, field teams your technical resources and the wider distributed team members.

  • Conduct weekly reviews of aged incidents and incident backlog, working closely with the team to drive closure.

  • Develop and implement strategies to gain traction on aged calls and reduce incident backlogs.

  • Chip in and ensure delivery against both team and Individual Development Plans.

  • Lead all aspects of critical issues and processes to maintain a high standard of submissions thru to the Engineering team.

  • Coach and mentor your team members, offering technical guidance as needed and be a facilitator for Career Development of Team members.

  • Ensure your team supplies significantly to the creation of high-value knowledge base and solution articles.

  • Collaborate with Global Peers for flawless Support Delivery in terms of Time zone Coverages and Transactional Handoffs

Who you are:

  • Overall experience of 10+ years, along with 2+ years of manager experience, preferable in technical support at Enterprise level.

  • Demonstrated ability to track and supervise key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction Scores, Resolution Times, and Service Level Agreements, using these metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • A Data Driven approach to Decision Making in driving Team and Operations

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, quickly adapting to changing priorities and maintaining composure and efficiency in a difficult work environment.

Knowledge

  • Certifications:

  • Create long term value roadmaps and plans with customer to achieve customer business objectives.
  • Analyze and execute on strategic projects, build consensus among project stakeholders, ensure alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy and communicate project goals at a strategic level as well as actively identifying and developing more business opportunities.
  • Oversees the customer engagement journey and ensures effective governance and alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders such as SAP Services, SAP Product support, Partners and customer’s System Integrators or other Hosting Partners
  • Maximize the customer success by helping to manage complexity, ensure stable operations, mitigate risk and lowering total cost of operation, support customers on their journey to the intelligent enterprise


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICTIONS


  • Master's degree, preferably in finance, commerce, engineering, information technologies, computer science, MBA or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies. SAP methodologies (including SAP Activate and SAP Solution Manager).
  • Proactive attitude in managing stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer success
  • Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior level leaders and confidently make presentations to large and executive audiences
  • The candidate must possess experience managing a number of internal and external stakeholders, so interpersonal skills and abilities will be vital to succeed in this role
  • Team oriented: ability to build strong relationships at every level of the organization. Being a strong motivator who knows how to influence others to deliver consistently their best work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills – fluent in English
  • PMP certification or other project management certifications are desirable
  • Results-driven / Self-organized / Decision making
  • Knowledge of one or more functional business processes (Logistic, Finance, etc.)


WORK EXPERIENCE:


  • Proven project management experience at a consulting / system integration company.
  • 15-20 years project management experience (SAP software) with numerous large scale implementations (at least 3-5 with a total value of > 5 Mio. $).
  • Demonstrated ability to scope, structure and manage medium- to large scale, medium to high complex projects with modern delivery mixes on time, on budget and within quality criteria that maximized business benefits for customers
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, aligning and working with various levels within a customer organization (project, business, executive) as well as different parts of large global organizations
  • Excellent customer focus / Networking / Relationship Building
  • Results-driven / Self-organized / Decision making
  • Knowledge of one or more functional business processes (Logistic, Finance, etc.)
